Acne (Pimples)

About- Acne, also known as acne vulgaris is a skin disease that occurs when hair follicles become plugged with dead skin cells and oil from the skin.
 
Symptoms-
 Small red, raised bumps
Small red pimples with pus at their tips
Solid, often painful lumps beneath the surface of the skin.
Large painful lumps filled with pus beneath the skin
 
Causes-
Acne occurs when the pores on the skin become blocked with oil, dead skin, or bacteria
Excess oil production by the follicles 
Hair follicles clogged by oil and dead skin cells
Bacteria build up in the pores
Hormone levels change during puberty
Heredity
Certain medications, such as certain birth control pills or corticosteroids
A diet high in refined sugars or carbohydrates, such as bread and chips
