Dr. Tryambak Samanta is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist in West Bengal, working as Assistant Professor in the West Bengal Medical Education Services (WBMES) since 2008. As a part of his job schedule, he looks after patients with gastrointestinal ailments at his place of posting (medical colleges across West Bengal), as and when required. In addition, as a Superspecialist, Dr. Tryambak Samanta consults at corporate hospitals in Kolkata and in the suburbs of his hometown/district (Serampore/Hooghly), as well as in the vicinity of his place of posting. At all these establishments Dr. Samanta sees patients in clinics, performs gastrointestinal procedures such as diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy and colonoscopy and related maneuvers, and takes care of referrals.
