Vaginal Discharge

About- Vaginal discharge is a clear or whitish fluid that comes out of the vagina. It is a normal and regular occurrence, but changes in the amount, consistency, colour, or smell could indicate an infection or some other problem.

Symptoms-
 Smells fishy discharge
 Thick and white, like cottage cheese like discharge
 Green, yellow or frothy discharge
 Pelvic pain
 Blisters or sores
 Itching
 Vaginal bleeding between periods or after menopause
 Spotting after sex regularly
 A burning sensation during urination 

Causes-

 Bacterial vaginosis
 Trichomoniasis
 Vaginal Yeast infection
 Stress
 Diabetes
 Use of birth control pills
 Pregnancy
 Prolonged antibiotics use​
 Gonorrhoea​
 Chlamydia​
 Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)​
