About- Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) also called immune thrombocytopenic purpura or immune thrombocytopenia is a blood clotting disorder due to low levels of platelets, or thrombocytes, in the blood.

Causes-
It usually occurs due to an immune system problem.
