Dr. Nikhil Bhagwat earned his MBBS degree from Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital and completed his MD at Topiwala National Medical College & BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in Mumbai. Subsequently, he obtained his DM in Endocrinology from Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital. Additionally, he participated in a training program on "Radioimmunoassay techniques and their clinical applications" organized by the Government of India at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in Trombay, Mumbai. Dr. Bhagwat is affiliated with several esteemed hospitals in South Mumbai and has established a reputation as an Endocrinologist and Diabetologist. Furthermore, he serves as an Associate Professor of Endocrinology at Topiwala National Medical College & BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in Mumbai and has been engaged in private practice for the last 17 years. Dr. Nikhil Bhagwat is a recognized educator for the DM in Endocrinology program at MUHS and actively participates in training and mentoring students for their entrance examinations and research initiatives. He has acted as the principal investigator for numerous Phase I and Phase II clinical trials and served as the guest editor for the Diabetes issue of "The Indian Practitioner" in October 2013. Dr. Bhagwat has a particular interest in "Preventive Diabetology and issues related to puberty." He has been invited to speak as a guest at various conferences across the country and has presented multiple papers, dissertations, and publications within his field of expertise.
