About- Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), previously known as primary biliary cirrhosis is an autoimmune disease of the liver in which the bile ducts in the liver are slowly destroyed.

 Ascites
 Bone, joint pain
 Diarrhea
 Dry eyes
 Dry mouth
 Fatigue
 Fatty deposits on the skin
 High cholesterol
 Hyperpigmentation
 Hypothyroidism
 Itchy skin
 Jaundice
 Muscle pain
 Nausea
 Osteoporosis
 Swelling of the spleen
 Swollen feet and ankles (edema)
 Unintended weight loss
