About- Takayasu's arteritis also known as Takayasu's disease, aortic arch syndromenonspecific aortoarteritis, and pulseless disease is a rare type of vasculitis, and a group of disorders that cause blood vessel inflammation that damages the aorta and can lead to blockages or narrowed arteries (stenosis) or abnormally dilated arteries (aneurysms), arm or chest pain and high blood pressure and eventually to heart failure or stroke.
