Dr Mithila has been clinical psychology since last 30years, Her specialisation is in CBT and REBT therapies with which she has helped her clients who were experiencing Depression Anxiety, Phobias, OCD helping overcome problems with her expertise. She is also the Founder of career guidance company “Young Achievers “ helping and guiding students with academic difficulties, through One on One and Group counselling.
