About- Toxoplasmosis is an infection caused by a parasite, called Toxoplasma gondii.
Symptoms-
 Fever
 Swollen lymph nodes especially in the neck
 Muscle pain
 A sore throat
 Body aches
 A headache
 Fatigue

Causes-
This disease is caused by Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii) parasite which is excreted only in cat faeces, wild and domestic cats are the parasite's ultimate host. The main transmission routes are
 Come into contact with cat faeces that contain the parasite

 Eat or drink contaminated food or water
 Use contaminated knives, cutting boards or other utensils
 Eat unwashed fruits and vegetables
 Receive an infected organ transplant or transfused blood
