About- Restless legs syndrome also known as Willis-Ekbom disease is a condition that causes a nearly irresistible urge to move legs, usually happens in the evening or nighttime during relaxation.
Symptoms-
 Nighttime leg twitching
 An overwhelming urge to move your legs
 Relief with movement
 Sensations like a tingling, crawling or pulling in the legs
 Sensations that begin after rest
 Worsening of symptoms in the evening
 
Causes-
The exact cause is not known. Imbalance of the brain chemical dopamine, which sends messages to control muscle movement may be a factor. Other probable factors are
 Family history
 Iron deficiency
 Kidney failure
 Peripheral neuropathy
 Pregnancy or hormonal changes
 Spinal cord conditions
