About- Keloid, also known as keloid disorder, and the keloidal scar is a raised scar after an injury has healed.
 
Symptoms-

Keloid Normally raised above surrounding skin
Keloid Pink, red, flesh-colored, or darker than the surrounding skin
Keloid Red or purple at first, before becoming brown or pale
Keloid Thick, lumpy, raised, and larger than the original wound
Keloid Usually shiny and hairless, hard and rubbery
