Dr. Alpana Ohri is an alumnus of PGI Chandigarh, where she obtained her MD in Paediatrics. She has dedicated over 20 years to working as a full-time teaching faculty in Paediatrics at tertiary level super specialty hospitals, including PGI Chandigarh, DMC Ludhiana, and BJ Wadia Mumbai. Furthermore, Dr. Ohri has served as the sole full-time faculty member in Paediatric Nephrology at BJ Wadia since 2006. She has been a MUHS certified teacher in Paediatric Nephrology since 2014 and has held the position of Course Director for the IPNA fellowship training since 2016. Dr. Alpana has authored numerous chapters in Nephrology textbooks and boasts more than a dozen publications in both national and international journals. She has also organized and participated as a faculty member in various national conferences.
