After getting her M.S. degree in Ophthalmology, Dr Nandini Vyas worked as an eye surgeon specializing in Glaucoma for 20 years. At a juncture when her kids needed her time as a mother the most, she decided to take a sabbatical of few years and suspended her practice. After she was satisfied that her children had acquired a reasonable sense of responsibility and maturity and that they were on right academic track, the doctor in her prevailed again. She decided to restart her professional career, but with some change. Dr Nandini is a firm believer in the concept of working together. She dislikes the word ‘I’ and puts all her faith in the word ‘WE’.
