Dr. Ajoy Paul is a Kolkata-based Ophthalmologist with over two decades of experience as an Eye Surgeon. Apart from his clinical commitments, Dr. Paul has presented numerous papers, videos, and instruction courses on coaxial and bimanual micro phaco, phaco complications, and ectopia lentis at various fora at the state, national and international levels, including the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS), American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) and American Association of Ophthalmology (AAO). He is a recipient of several awards for his outstanding efforts at presentations on topics connected to his area of expertise. He bagged the ESCRS challenging cases video award for 2006, 2007, and 2008; best video awards at DOS 2006 and OSWB 2008; and, the IIRSI Gold Medal for 2009.
