Dr. Priyanka Patra earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Panineeya Mahavidyalaya Institute of Dental Sciences in 2014, where her exceptional academic performance was recognized with multiple medals in various subjects. She later completed her Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics at the same institution in 2019. Dr. Priyanka has specialized expertise in rehabilitating missing dental and maxillofacial structures, focusing on procedures such as dental implants, hard and soft tissue grafting, direct and indirect sinus lifts, implant overdentures, zirconia fixed prostheses, full-mouth implant and fixed prosthesis cases, cast partial dentures, precision attachments, and maxillofacial prosthesis treatments. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Malla Reddy Dental College for Women, Dr. Priyanka brings six years of teaching experience and a strong passion for academics. She has guided numerous students in the field of Prosthodontics and continues to contribute significantly to their development. In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr. Priyanka is deeply involved in research. She conducted her research work under the supervision of a Chief Scientist at the Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) and holds a patent to her credit. Her efforts in research have been widely recognized through awards for the best papers presented at both national and international conferences. Furthermore, Dr. Priyanka has an impressive portfolio of publications and paper presentations that highlight her expertise and dedication to her field.
