Manisha X-Ray Clinic started operations on 1st April, 1980. It was founded by the late Dr.(Prof.) Byomkesh Bhattacharjee(Ex Professor and H.O.D of Medicine at RG Kar Medical College, Kolkata and Ex Professor, Department of Medicine at Medical College, Kolkata) , who named it after his wife, Manisha Bhattacharjee.
The Ultrasound wing was started by their son, Dr. Sugata Bhattacharjee, in 1990. Manisha Pathology was started by Dr.Sudeshna Bhattacharjee on 10th February, 1992.
As a family venture, we are not just monetarily but emotionally invested in the quality of service provided, and in the patient’s experience at our clinic. For us, Manisha is more than just a business, and we intend to reflect this deeply personal commitment to the establishment in our work.
