Anger is a healthy emotion; believe it or not, it is a normal thing. But when your anger breaks all control then you must think about it or it can definitely destroy your life, career, and relationships.

Thinking before speaking:

We always said garbage things in anger, later we regret it. Collection of thoughts and involving others who are not angry can provide good help.

Calm down then show your anger:

Do not show anger when you are actually angry, first try to calm down then in a firm voice and direct speech tell about your anger or frustration.

Exercise:

Exercise is a very good way to defeat anger and welcoming positive thinking in you. A brisk walk, playing with Dogs, Skipping a rope, Yoga can help.

Have a break:

Take a break when during times of the day when you feel work pressure or feel anger. Sit is a quiet place or listen to music you like.

Determine the proper solution:

What made you angry and what should not happen to you is not important for you. The most important is to justify the situation and find a proper solution if available.

Be respectful and specific:

Avoid criticism and blame games. Don’t say “you never do any work at home”, instead of that say “I am upset that you did not clean yesterday’s clothes”

Forgiveness is a powerful tool:

If you allow your anger to overpower you then negative thoughts will grasp your throat and at the last, you will be defeated by your own feeling of injustice as well as bitterness. Forgiveness on the other hand can calm the situation and also strengthen the relationship.

Are you comedy me:

Humour can diffuse the bomb that explodes inside you. Comedy can overcome anger but be careful don’t use sarcastic comedy, it will increase the flame.

Practice how to relax:

Learn and practice several ways to decrease anger. For example, yoga, light dancing, acting a favorite scene, playing games, watching comedies, whichever works for you.

Seeking professional help:

If still you are unable to control your anger or in your case upper mentioned points are useless then please do seek professional help,
