• FUE – Follicular Unit Extraction
The donor skin (an area that has excessive hair ) acts as a strong base from where straps of hair are extracted. But it is immediately covered up after the job. Although it may look very natural because not an abundance of hair is available to fully cover up that area.
• FUT – Follicular Unit Transplant
Strip Harvesting is done from the Donor area, then strip slivering, then graph dissection, and then graph insertion. It's an old process as compared to FUE. Takes a longer time also.

Is Hair Transplant Painful?
Now the most important and central topic arises. Is hair transplantation painful or not? Well, generally people tend to give a very shocking and awe-full look when they hear about this artificial method. After all, nothing can actually beat natural possession. But the advanced methods are there to reduce the pain to a great extent if not totally.
• Proper Anesthesia is given to act as a painkiller. When plucking and insertion of hair will be done, it is very obvious and natural that the pain will be there. So local anesthesia is given. The majority of the pain is eaten up by that only. It feels like an ant or a mosquito bite.
• Often pain killers or pain reliever medications are given to reduce the pain.
• Even though mild pain is expected, the surgeons do take care of it. The brain should not be able to receive or detect any signal like that. A special kind of device is used to deflect or sidetrack the brain.
• Eradicating fear, anxiety, stress, and tension. That’s the most important thing. The negative emotions should be immediately cut off right after entering the surgery room.
