Vitiligo is a difficult disease to treat. Traditional therapies include -
1) Oral / local psoralens + UVA light (PUVA)
2) Steroid creams
Newer treatments include -
3) Narrow-band UVB light
4) Excimer lasers
5) Pseudocatalase cream
6) Topical and systemic immunomodulators
7) Vitiligo surgery
