You should visit a urologist first. Early-stage cancer may be curable by doing surgery which will be done by a urologist. The advanced-stage disease may be dealt with by both urologists and oncologists for appropriate treatment. Oncologists do medical treatment for cancer in the advanced stage and not surgical removal of tumors.
