About- Tetralogy of Fallot is a rare congenital condition caused by a combination of four heart defects including right ventricular hypertrophy, a ventricular septal defect (VSD), a misplaced aorta and pulmonary valve stenosis and causes oxygen-poor blood to flow out of the heart and to the rest of the body.
