Bursitis

About- Bursitis also called bursa inflammation is the inflammation of the small, fluid-filled sacs called bursae that cushion the bones, tendons, and muscles near joints. This condition usually affects the shoulder, elbow, hip, buttocks, knees, and calf.

Symptoms-
 Adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) 
 Hurt more while moving
Pain
Tenderness
Redness
Stiffness
Swelling
 Thickening of the bursae

Causes-
The most common causes of Bursitis are repetitive motions or positions that put pressure on the bursae around a joint.  So common causes are
 Bad posture or walking habits
Diabetes
Extensive kneeling for tasks
Gout
Injury or trauma
Joint deformities
Leaning on the elbows for long periods
Leg length differences
Osteoarthritis
Repetitive movement
Rheumatoid arthritis
Side effects of certain medications
Poor stretching or conditioning before exercise
