About- Broken collarbone also known as a clavicle fracture is a bone fracture of the clavicle which connects the upper part of the breastbone to the shoulder blade.

 A bump or bulge on or near the shoulder
A grinding or crackling sound while moving the shoulder
Bruising
Immediate pain that increases with shoulder movement
Limited movement of the shoulder
Numbness 
Sagging of the shoulder downward and forward
Shoulder Stiffness
Swelling or Tenderness around the injured area
