Blepharitis

About- Blepharitis is inflammation of the eyelids that affect the eyelashes or tear production.

Symptoms-
 Watery eyes
Red eyes
Burning or stinging sensation in the eyes
Greasy, sticky, swollen, and itchy eyelids 
Frequent blinking
Increased sensitivity to light (photophobia)
Abnormal growth or loss of eyelashes
Feeling uncomfortable wearing contact lenses
 
Causes-
 A bacterial infection such as staphylococcus
Allergies, including allergic reactions to eye medications, contact lens solutions, or eye makeup
Clogged or malfunctioning oil glands in the eyelids
Eyelash mites or lice
Rosacea
Seborrheic dermatitis
