About- A hemangioma or infantile hemangiomas, is usually a benign tumor made up of blood vessels appear on or under the skin of the face, scalp, chest typically within one to three weeks after birth.
 
Symptoms-
hemangioma Mostly appears on the face, scalp, chest or back

hemangioma May be present at birth, but may appear during the first several months of life
hemangioma It starts as a flat red mark anywhere on the body
 
Causes-
A
hemangioma is formed from the extra blood vessels that consolidate into a dense clump. But it is not clear what causes the vessels to clump.
