Thyroid Cancer

About- Thyroid cancer occurs in the cells of the thyroid, a butterfly-shaped gland located at the base of the neck and produces hormones that regulate heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature and weight.

Symptoms-
 A lump in the throat
 Hoarseness
 Swollen lymph nodes in the neck
 Difficulty swallowing
 Pain in the neck and throat
 A cough
 A sore throat   

Causes-
It's not clear what causes 
Thyroid cancer. Possible risk factors are 
 Female sex
 Radiation therapy
 Inherited genetic syndromes
 A family history of Thyroid cancer
 History of breast cancer
